EXStretch Discovery
This class is intended to those who want to discover the technique. Very often, most of the progression is noticed within the first three days of work.

Work on your legs for 2 hours per day. Get familiar with the routine. Combine your class with the Back Flexibility training. A highly-effective flexibility mix of exercises!

To reach maximum and optimal results with splits, the 25-hour intensive training is required.
