We
work together for 5 hours without interruption, as for a dance
repetition, to keep the body nice and warm, with of course a few
breaks to rest and recover.

CLASS IS RESERVED TO
THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE INTENSIVE
TRAINING AND THE BACK TRAINING.
